“Vojvodinaput” officially went bankrupt
The Commercial Court in Zrenjanin has reached a decision by which it declared bankruptcy of Zrenjanin based road enterprise “Vojvodinaput”, that was under receivership.
Bankruptcy Judge Ljiljana Popov has stated in explanation of the decision that the bankruptcy proceedings were initiated on October 30th this year.
At the first creditors’ hearing on December 7th, creditors whose claims amounted to more than 50 percent of the total claims of bankruptcy creditors decided to continue the receivership proceedings with bankruptcy.
