State Administration announces a tender for the procurement of hard cheese, almond milk, feta cheese…

Smoked hard cheese, feta cheese, gorgonzola, almond milk – these are just some of the products from the public procurement list of the Administration for Joint Services of the Republic Bodies, reports eKapija, as cited by N1 TV.

Namely, the Administration has announced a tender for the procurement of milk and dairy products, consisting of as many as 64 types of food products. The requested products include various types of fine cheeses, nut milk, regular and sour milk, kajmak, and other dairy products.

They plan to procure 360 kilograms of smoked hard cheese, 230 kilograms of pekorin cheese, 350 kilograms of mascarpone, 800 kilograms of Irish cheese… They are also procuring 120 kilograms of goat cheese „Caprella“ and 260 kilograms of vegetable cheese.

The menus of the employees of the state administration will also include 1,050 kilograms of kajmak and 50 litres of whey. The procurement is performed for the needs of the National Assembly and other state bodies in the next year, and the deadline for submitting bids is 2 November.
