Serbian tourists tested NEGATIVE for the coronavirus, but still DEPORTED from Greece
Serbian tourists, who were tested for the coronavirus in Greece and whose results showed that they were negative, suddenly have been deported from that country today, Nikana, a specialized website for accommodation reservations in Greece, has announced. As it is published on the Facebook page Nikana.gr, it was announced on Friday that 85 tourists from Serbia who are spending summer vacation on Evia received results that were negative for COVID-19 the day before, but regardless of that fact they have been suddenly deported from Greece today. Nikana reports this is most likely because some of them are in the incubation period, due to the infected couple who was with them on the bus. As deported tourists revealed to Nikana, at 2 pm they took a Greek bus to the Bulgarian border, where our buses are waiting for them. Judging by some comments on the post, the information is correct, and the group in question entered Greece on Saturday morning, July 4th, and their destination was Aidipsos on the island of Evia. As it is written in one of the comments, they were offered either quarantine or to be transported to Bulgaria, although they are negative on COVID-19. In the meantime, certain Greek portals have reported that seven tourists from Serbia have been registered as positive for the coronavirus also on the island of Evia, in the place called Pefki.
