International hotel brand on the site of Park Hotel in Novi Sad
One of the world’s biggest hotel brands – Hyatt Regency – will be opened on the site of the existing Park Hotel.
The signing of the construction contract and the development of the hotel, which will officially be named Hyatt Regency Novi Sad, was announced for Friday, March 3.
With the arrival of one of the largest hotel chains in the world, Novi Sad could certainly become a centre of congress tourism of international character on the territory of Vojvodina, as the Congress Centre will be built on 1,900 square meters, and it will be able to accommodate a little more than 900 people.
The investor is Inobacka, while the management will be governed by Hyatt International Group.
„In addition to contributing to congress tourism, this hotel-business complex will also contribute to ecology and environmental protection, because through rigorous measures priority has been given to the use of so-called green energy (renewable energy sources),“ said the company Inobacka.
The investment is worth 107 million euros, and the works will be carried out by Inobacka and they should be completed in 2026, while the new investment will employ 250 people from the hotel management sector.
