Dzajic is competitor to Vidic and Nedimovic in race for FFS president
The Football Federation of the Western Serbia Region, as announced, officially nominated Dragan Dzajic as the president of the Football Federation of Serbia (FSS) at the session of the Executive Board.
„By unanimous decision, to the great satisfaction of all the members of the Executive Board of the Football Federation of the Western Serbia Region, at the session held on February 20 in Arandjelovac, Dragan Dzajic was nominated as the biggest football name in our country for the president of the Football Federation of Serbia for the term of office 2022-2026,“ the statement reads.
The official letter is due to arrive on Tuesday in the Football Federation of Serbia.
The FFS Assembly will be held on March 14, starting at 2 pm, at the FFS Sports Centre in Stara Pazova.
Famous Serbian football player Nemanja Vidic has also applied for the position of FFS president, and former Agriculture Minister Branislav Nedimovic is also a candidate.
