
The first one in Serbia: The Ministry of Labour introduced FLEXIBLE work hours
The Ministry of Labour, Employment, Veteran and Social Affairs is the first department in the Government of the Republic of Serbia to introduce flexible work hours. Namely, working hours can start in the interval from 7:00 to 8:30 hours and end in the interval from 15:00 to 16:30 hours, once a total of eight work hours pass. According to the website of the Ministry of Labour, this decision was made in order to adjust private and business obligations, above all work and parenting.
