Volleyball players to receive 30,000 euros each
Serbian government have decided that each member of Serbia women’s national volleyball team, that has won a gold medal at the World Cup in Japan recently, will receive cash prizes of EUR30,000 in dinar counter value.
As stated by the Serbian government, the same amount will go to coach Zoran Terzic, as well as Borislava Peric Rankovic and her coach Zlatko Kesler for winning the gold medal in Celje at the World Para Table Tennis Championships, which was held in October.
National sports award was presented to a handball player Darko Stanic, for winning a silver medal at the European Handball Championship held in Belgrade in 2012.
