Tomislav Momirovic announces how much tickets for “Soko” will cost
Transport Minister Tomislav Momirovic has announced that the price of a ticket for the „Soko“ high-speed train between Belgrade and Novi Sad will cost RSD 300, while it will be free for children up to seven years of age, accompanied by their parents.
„We have to restore confidence in the Railway, return people’s interest in trains, and, therefore, in the coming period, at the initiative of Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, the price of a ticket for high-speed trains will be RSD 300, while it will be free for children,“ Momirovic said.
He stated that the two largest cities in Serbia would be connected by the highest quality railway infrastructure, „and the fastest trains in Eastern Europe will go from Belgrade to Novi Sad“.
„We have succeeded in this together, we built the infrastructure together and together we are returning the railway to the traffic map of Serbia,“ Momirovic wrote on Twitter.
