The Prime Minister has GOOD NEWS: New AID for the citizens

The citizens of Serbia will soon receive a new financial assistance, as a support in further fight against the coronavirus, Prime Minister Ana Brnabic revealed.

The prime minister also stated that decisions that will make the citizens of Serbia happy were made at the meeting with the president and Government associates, but she could not speak more in more details about the new measures.

„I can say that we will make the citizens of Serbia happy, the news is good,“ Brnabic said in an interview with Tanjug, adding that they discussed at the meeting how much more money should be paid as a financial support in further fight against the coronavirus and what else can be done.

She pointed out that after a break lasting several decades, for the first time Serbia can pay pensions from the budget of the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund, without additional grants.

„When you have a strong Pension and Disability Insurance Fund, which is strong because we have higher and higher employment, and salaries are rising, that represents security for pensioners. Only from what we do today, we can set aside for pensions. If we continue as we do today, us who are working today will also have safe and secure pensions, which has not been the case in the past few decades,“ the prime minister emphasized.
