Serbian taekwondo fighter Milica Mandic won a gold medal at the Olympic Games in Tokyo, after she defeated Lee Dabin from South Korea 10:7 in the final.
With this victory, Serbia won the first gold medal at the Olympic Games in Tokyo.
Mandic repeated the success from the Olympic Games in London when she also won the brightest medal in the same competition.
On her way to the final, Milica eliminated Kenya’s Ogallo, Poland’s Kowalczuk and France’s Laurin.
Let us remind you, our country now has three medals at the Olympic Games in Tokyo, because the first two were won by Damir Mikec in air pistol competition and Tijana Bogdanovic in taekwondo.
