Since the beginning of the war, Russians established 323 companies in Serbia

Since the beginning of Russia’s aggression against Ukraine, 323 companies whose founders are from the Russian Federation have been registered in Serbia, according to Vojvodina’s research portal VOICE.

This number of registered companies makes up about 25 percent of the total number of all active legal entities whose founders are from this country, according to the article of the portal.

It is added that on average, nine companies were founded daily in March alone, while 27 were founded on April 1. Most were established on March 25, a total of 51.

„More than half of these newly established legal entities, i.e. 169 of them, are registered for computer programming. There are 246 legal entities based in Belgrade, and 48 in Novi Sad,“ VOICE reports.
