Cadez: Prices will certainly rise, but there are no shortages

President of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, Marko Cadez, has said that Serbia has enough flour, oil and sugar and that it is time for businessmen to re-raise the issue of export with the Government, because there are no reasons to restrict producers.

Regarding grains and flour, Cadez emphasizes for RTS TV that the situation in Serbia is stable and that no major shortage has occurred.

“There is enough flour, and there is also oil and sugar. When we look at the amount of supplies and the needs, I think it is time to re-raise the issue with the government and request that we can export again,“ Cadez points out, emphasizing that there are no reasons to restrict producers.

He says that prices will certainly rise in Serbia, but that it is good that Serbia is an exporter of food and that there are no problems in that regard.
