Prime Minister: Sputnik ARRIVES before the end of the year
The Prime Minister Ana Brnabic talked with the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Serbia, Alexander Botsan-Kharchenko, to whom she expressed gratitude for the generous help that Russia sent to Serbia in the fight against the coronavirus and readiness for cooperation regarding the Sputnik vaccine.
Brnabic said that the news that a certain amount of Sputnik vaccine would arrive in Serbia before the end of the year is very good, and thanked Ambassador Bocan-Kharchenko for Russia’s readiness and solidarity to make it happen.
Brnabic assessed that the relations between the two countries are very good and developed in the political, economic, cultural, and other fields, adding that the Serbian government will continue to work on their further strengthening on grounds of a strategic partnership, the Government announced.
The realization of joint projects will contribute to the improvement of cooperation, said Brnabic, particularly emphasizing the importance of soon completion of works on the Russian gas pipeline through Serbia.
