Outrageous figures: Most expensive house in Belgrade sold for EUR 5 MILLION
In the first half of the year, almost 90,000 apartments were traded in Serbia.
The most expensive square meter was sold in Belgrade Waterfront, and the most expensive house in the Savski Venac municipality – it cost a total of EUR 5 million.
Real estate is most often traded for cash, in 63% of the cases.
A quarter of all real estate traded was on the territory of Belgrade. Out of that, most apartments were sold in Zemun, more than 2,800, according to the data of the Republic Geodetic Authority.
When it comes to holiday homes, most of them were sold in Grocka and Sopot, when it comes to Belgrade. Otherwise, most of them were sold in Indjija, RTS reports.

The price of garage spaces also sounds unbelievable. The most expensive garage space was sold in the Cukarica municipality and it cost EUR 40,000.
