Operational team formed to assist EPS
The task force for monitoring the security of energy and energy product supply adopted the proposal on the formation of an operational team with the aim of providing support in the production of electricity from Elektroprivreda Srbije (EPS).
The operational team was formed with the aim of supporting energy production and the development of supply plans, the Ministry of Mining and Energy said in a press release after the meeting of the task force.
The session presented the latest data on the production, transmission and distribution of electricity, as well as the supply of energy products to the domestic market.
The representatives of Elektromreza Srbije and Elektrodistribucija Srbije pointed out that there were no problems in the stability of the system and that overhauls were carried out as planned.
When it comes to the state of the gas sector in Serbia, it was said that the supply was running smoothly, and that there were no restrictions in the supply of petroleum and petroleum products.
The representatives of Naftna industrija Srbije, the Business Association „Heating Plants of Serbia“, PUC Beogradske elektrane, Transportgas, the City of Belgrade, members of the AERS Council, the Directorate for Commodity Reserves, RHMZ and Srbija kargo also participated in the meeting.
