NIS shareholders to receive the largest dividend so far
Shareholders of “Naftna industrija Srbije” will receive the largest dividend this year since 2015, this being the consequence of significantly better results realized last year, broker Nenad Gujanicic explains.
In fact, since it started paying dividends, that being from 2013, NIS has shared a quarter of its profit to shareholders, thus shareholders’ income directly depends on the end result of the company.
The current NIS dividend provides a gross dividend yield of more than six percent, and given the crude oil prices in an ongoing year it is expected of the positive trend of dividend growth to continue in the following year as well.
