Momirovic: „Srbija voz“ will transport TWICE AS MANY passengers this year than in 2021
„Srbija voz“ will carry around 5.5 million passengers this year, which is double the number compared to the previous year and the best indicator that citizens have more and more trust in railways, which we are slowly returning to their rightful place, said the Minister of Construction, Transport and infrastructure, Tomislav Momirovic.
„Looking only at this year’s July, compared to the same month last year, the revenues of „Srbija voz“ reached the level of RSD 340 million in just one month, as opposed to RSD 158 million, which was the income in July last year,“ Momirovic said after visiting Stara Pazova Railway Station.
He pointed out that the largest towns in Serbia are connected by the top quality railway infrastructure, not only Belgrade and Novi Sad.
