COVID hospital in Novi Sad, VACCINE plant near the airport
President Aleksandar Vucic announced that the cornerstone for the construction of a new COVID hospital in Novi Sad, which will have 600 beds and of which 200 will be intensive care beds, will be laid in 14 days.
„We will build it in four months, as we did in Krusevac, because COVID will be here for a few more years, thus it is important that we get vaccinated,“ Vucic stated on the Pink TV station.
He added that the second great news for Serbia is that the country will first pack and then produce vaccines, in cooperation with „the Chinese and friends from the UAE“.
Vucic added that the vaccine plant will be built near the airport and that more than 25 million vaccines will be produced annually there.
