Telekom Srbija becomes a co-owner of Postanska stedionica
The Commission for the Protection of Competition gave approval to Postanska stedionica to merge with MTS bank, which is owned by Telekom Srbija.
Following that merger, the Republic of Serbia will have a 71.05 percent stake in Postanska stedionica, Posta Srbije will own 17.94 percent of shares Telekom Srbija will have a 10.08 percent stake at its disposal.
Postanska stedionica has around 160 branch offices in Serbia, and its market stake after the merger of MTS Bank will amount to 6.2 percent, it was published on the website of the Commission for the Protection of Competition.
