Assistance for business transfer to Serbia advertised in Russia
On the website of the Russian state news agency Ria Novosti, in addition to the news from the country and abroad, ads of foreign agencies offering assistance for the transfer of business to other countries are being posted.
As reported by the media, the basic message read between the lines is that this opens the possibility of continuing business operation, i.e. avoiding sanctions.
The offers include business-related consulting services published by the association “Welcome to Serbia”.
The advertisement states that a business team, composed of experienced international bankers and corporate lawyers with deep knowledge of the Swiss, Andorra and Latvia markets, provides customized business solutions that make Serbia the perfect hub for all global business needs of clients.
It also states the price of up to 2,900 euros for the establishment of a company and the opening of a personal bank account.
„Foreigners in Serbia mostly need assistance in establishing a legal entity and consulting services related to the functioning of the legal system of our country. They have the most problems with understanding the language and getting used to the new system,“the Danas daily was told by the association, which has been engaged in mediation in starting a business for a little more than four years.
