Air Serbia welcomes the new concessionaire
On the occasion of the takeover of Nikola Tesla Airport by the French company Vinci, the national airline Air Serbia welcomed the new concessionaire which will manage the airport in Belgrade for the next 25 years.
„On behalf of the Serbian national airline, I would like to thank the former team of Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport, headed by Director Sasa Vlaisavljevic, and I would like to welcome a new team that will continue to manage this important airport. Nikola Tesla Airport is also our home and an extremely important hub of the transport network. That is why our strong, constructive and committed partnership can only be beneficial to all parties,“ said CEO of Air Serbia, Duncan Naysmith.
„The arrival of Vinci is a very important incentive for further development, modernization and improvement of the operations of Nikola Tesla Airport. Air Serbia annually transports almost half of the passengers using Belgrade airport and the arrival of a new partner means new impetus for further strengthening of relations and cooperation. I am convinced that together, through the cooperation of all services, we will contribute to even better results of the Serbian economy and tourism,“ said Managing Director of Air Serbia, Branislav Malovic.
