French airlines arrive in Belgrade

The French company ASL Airlines France announced today that it would establish a regular seasonal line between Paris and Belgrade as of 24 June next year, with two flights a week, on Mondays and Thursdays.

Flights on this route will be available by 5 September. Departure from Paris is at 6.20 pm from Charles de Gaulle Airport, and at 9.40 pm from Nikola Tesla Airport in Belgrade.

Passengers will be transported by Boeing 737-700 aircraft with 147 seats.

ASL Airlines assesses that the flights between Paris and Belgrade will be more than 80 percent full, and the introduction of flights to Belgrade from Bordeaux will depend on the success of this line.

The ASL airline has a fleet of 140 planes, including 15 Boeing airplanes, and it annually transports 712,000 passengers and 40,000 tons of cargo.

As a reminder, the planes of Air France are returning after six years to the Belgrade airport, from which they will have one flight a day to the capital of France starting from the summer flight schedule in 2019.
