    Wizz Air launches WIZZ Youth Forum

    Wizz Air, the European ultra-low-cost airline with the highest growth rate and one of the most sustainable, is launching the WIZZ Youth Forum, an informal online discussion in the form of focus groups for clients between the ages of 18 and 25 who will exchange comments, recommendations and insights to help this airline improve its services.

    Applications for the WIZZ Youth Forum are open to young clients of this airline who like travelling, flying, new trends and digital solutions.

    This new initiative will help Wizz Air gather qualitative responses on six main areas of business operation: clients’ trips, future travel requirements and habits, sustainability, digital development, creative concepts and communication.

    Qualitative surveys on the basis of the forum are an addition to the already existing quantitative surveys conducted by WIZZ in order to gain insight into the trends and opinions of clients. Both of these types of surveys underline Wizz Air’s commitment to continuously improving passengers’ experience, and the results are used to help this airline develop, expand and improve its services.

    Each month, from a total of 80 to 100 people from all over Europe, twenty will be selected to participate in the discussions in the form of focus groups that will be organized online through the Microsoft Teams platform.
