What will be the prices of real estate in Belgrade in 2022?
Real estate prices last year „went through the roof“ and the growth trend is expected to continue in 2022 and it is estimated that the prices will not drop until 2024, according to the market analysis conducted by the website Moja nekretnina.
The website has been analysing the real estate market for the third year in a row, and this year it did so on the basis of 1,400,000 real estate ads published on various portals throughout the year.
According to the report, if nothing significant happens in terms of inflation, that growth could be around 10%, with price growth expected in locations that recorded lower growth in previous years.
What could happen in 2022 is an increase in the share of credit customers compared to customers that pay in cash.
This may prolong the high demand for real estate and affect the continuation of the trend of rising real estate prices, according to the representatives of the website Moja nekretnina.
There are locations in Belgrade whose price simply cannot grow anymore, the report states.
What is noticeable is the „relocation of the city centre towards Belgrade Waterfront and south of it, so we can expect an increase in real estate prices around Belgrade Waterfront, as well as in Novi Beograd, which is getting closer to that centre, the report adds.
