Water factory in Zrenjanin sold for RSD 417 million

Zrenjanin water factory was sold for RSD 417 million, court executor Dragan Nikolic confirmed for Vojvodina-based portal Voice.

The buyer of the plant is „Pannonian Water DOO“ based in Belgrade.

„The factory was sold on the basis of a lien statement. The enforcement creditor (Erste Bank) has precedence in reimbursement,“ said Nikolic.

Several workers sued the factory for outstanding salaries.

“The items in the proceedings conducted for the benefit of workers can be collected from the remaining assets of the water factory. Since there are several procedures, the entire remaining assets have been listed and are subject to sale,“ Nikolic explained.

As a reminder, there were several attempts to sell the Zrenjanin water factory, and its value was estimated at RSD 834.7 million.
