VINCI Airports awarded for quality of service, Tesla is among them

This year, the Airport Council International (ACI), as a global reference indicator for the quality of airport services, declared four airports from the VINCI Airports network – in Belgrade, Porto, Guanacaste and Puerto Plata – the best in the world for the quality of service.

As specified, the airports in Belgrade, Porto, Guanacaste and Puerto Plata were declared the best airports in their region and they received awards within the ASQ Airport Service Quality Program „Best airport by size and region“.

The Airport Council International also granted to Belgrade Airport the award for the airport with the kindest and most dedicated team, while Guanacaste Airport was declared the airport that provides its users with the best experience in the travel process.

Osaka International Airport is ranked first in terms of punctuality within the OAG Punctuality League.

It is also recalled that the volume of passenger traffic of VINCI Airports doubled between 2021 and 2022, with a total of 209 million passengers served.
