Train tickets in Serbia by mobile phone

The company Srbija Voz has announced that from now on train tickets can be purchased via mobile devices, through the train ticket sale app called Ekarta, which can be downloaded free of charge from the Play Store.

Tickets purchased through this app do not have to be printed, instead, they are stored in the user profile on the app itself. When a conductor checks the train tickets, passengers will show a ticket on the screen of their mobile devices, and the conductor will read the ticket with a mobile terminal.

This service is available to passengers on the route Belgrade Center – Vrsac – Belgrade Center, and in the upcoming period it will be enabled on all routes, said the company Srbija Voz.
