Tolls also RISE IN PRICE: How much will it cost to travel through Serbia in the future?

From January 1, tolls in Serbia will be more expensive by nine percent, said acting director of the public company „Putevi Srbije„, Zoran Drobnjak.

Drobnjak told the newspaper Kurir that the Government of Serbia approved the increase in tolls.

„If the toll to Nis was RSD 1,000 so far, after the price increase it will be RSD 1,090,“ Drobnjak said.

Now, the toll price for the first category of vehicles for the Belgrade – Presevo section is RSD 1,490, while after the price increase it will be RSD 1,624.

For the section of the road Belgrade – Dimitrovgrad, the price is now RSD 1,310, and if there is an increase, it will be RSD 1,427.

For the section of the Belgrade-Sid road, the price of the toll is RSD 420, and it will be RSD 457. For the section Belgrade – Subotica, the toll is now RSD 640, and after the increase it will amount to RSD 697. For the section of the road Belgrade – Nis, the toll is RSD 890, and from January 1, it will cost RSD 970.

By amending the Decision on the amount of toll, discounts for electronic toll collection (ETC) were also changed, where for payments from RSD 20,000 to 50,000 the discount will be four percent, for payments from 50,000 to 100,000 six percent, and eight percent for payments over 100,000 dinars.

The discount has been increased from five to eight percent for legal entities that pay the monthly toll amount within the agreed deadline.
