The most famous „protector“ of Serbian pensioners appeals to retail chains
Pensioners in Serbia annually spend EUR5 billion and the least that retail chains and corporations “can do as a sign of gratitude is meet them halfway with certain discounts,” Minister in the Serbian government in charge of regional development Milan Krkobabic has stated.
„These discounts should be continuous and at a time when it is most convenient for pensioners,“ Krkobabic has said at the 5th Pensioners’ Expo in Nis based Officers’ Club where 70,000 pensioners are living.
Krkobabic has said that there should be such expos in all regional centres, in order for pensioners to get better access to foodstuff and services.
