Slovenian average „stronger“ than TWO SERBIAN

The average net earnings paid in Slovenia in October 2019 were EUR 1,122, which is 1.6 percent higher in nominal and 1.5 percent in real terms when compared to the previous month. On an annual basis, Slovenia’s net salary for October increased by 3.3 percent in nominal terms, according to data of the Slovenian Central Bureau of Statistics. Average gross earnings in Slovenia in October 2019 increased by 1.7 percent in nominal and by 1.6 percent in real terms when compared to the previous month and amounted to EUR 1.742, while compared to the same month in 2018 they increased by 3.9 percent, Slovenian agency STA reports. The highest average monthly net salary of EUR 1,593 was paid in the industry supplying electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning and the lowest in administrative and auxiliary services – EUR 814.
