Skoda or VW – Serbia definitely OUT of the game
The biggest Czech carmanufacturer, Skoda based in Mlada Boleslav, will build a new factory either inTurkey or in Bulgaria, but it is still not clear whether Skoda or the groupwill manage the new factory, which will also produce the other models of theVolkswagen Group, apart from Skodamodels. „Turkey is definitely selected, where infrastructure is good, butthe political environment is uncertain, while the other serious location ismore stable Bulgaria, which is part of the European Union,“ leader of theSkoda trade union, Jaroslav Povsik, said about the selection of two finalcandidates.
