    Seven companies for the construction of cheap apartments are being established

    The Serbian Government has decided to establish seven companies that will deal with the construction of apartments for the members of the security forces, it was published in the „Official Gazette“.

    The companies established are the following: SPV Avala based in Belgrade, SPV Ibar based in Kraljevo, SPV Pcinja based in Vranje, SPV Tisa based in Novi Sad, SPV Dunav based in Novi Sad, SPV Lepenica based in Kragujevac and SPV Sava based in Sremska Mitrovica.

    After the implementation of the project, the companies will cease to operate in accordance with the Law on special conditions for the implementation of the projects of the construction of apartments for the members of the security forces.

    In the first phase of the implementation of the project of the construction of cheap apartments for the members of the security forces by 2020, whose value is estimated at EUR 64.35 million, a total of 1,578 apartments should be built.

    The plan is to build a total of 5,203 apartments by 2020, and the apartments would primarily be intended for the members of the army, the police, young scientists…

    The first phase of construction should begin in six cities: in Belgrade, Novi Sad, Nis, Vranje, Kraljevo and Kragujevac. The apartments are planned to be of the sizes ranging between 32 and 92 square metres.

      Brilliant, then the government can give these taxpayer built apartments again to its own civil servants. Maybe this is why foreigner turn away from everything Serbia? The more things change the more they stay exactly the same! Welcome to Serbia.
