Serbia negotiates with Chinese IT giant about 5G network
Currently, negotiations are taking place in China with the largest equipment manufacturer, Huawei, about installing 5G network in Serbia. This is the fifth generation of mobile internet, which, among other things, delivers multi-fold higher data speeds and greater coverage. Wireless connection speeds would be 10 to 100 times higher than currently available. However, speed is just one of the benefits. Thanks to the enhanced network features, we will get closer to the day when driverless cars will communicate with each other with ease, while transmitting ultra-realistic video content will be common.
