Posta Srbije distributes automated parcel lockers throughout Serbia: How will they FUNCTION?

Posta Srbije has introduced a solution for the automated delivery of parcels – automated parcel lockers or smart parcel boxes – which continues to increase the availability and security of the delivery of parcels, it is stated in a press release of Posta Srbije.

The use of automated parcel lockers of Posta Srbije began at 20 highly frequented and easily accessible locations in Belgrade, Novi Sad, Nis, Kraljevo, Novi Pazar and Pancevo. Posta’s 400 more automated parcel lockers will soon be installed in all major cities throughout Serbia, where there is the largest number of parcels for delivery and where recipients of parcels are often not available at the address during most of the day.

„Automated parcel lockers are a fast, easy and smart delivery option for the delivery of parcels, with numerous benefits for customers. They enable convenient online shopping, because by listing the address of an automated parcel locker, users can be sure that the parcels will be waiting for them in the selected parcel locker,“ says the press release.
