Nicoll Curtin company holds annual awards evening
Nicoll Curtin, an international recruitment company, held their annual Awards Night in January in Belgrade. At the glamorous event the company celebrated their success from 2021 and Neil Clark the CEO handed out awards to top performers.
Nicoll Curtin has offices in London, Singapore, Zurich, Dublin and Belgrade. They specialise in Technology & Change recruitment connecting outstanding talent with leading companies in the industry.
The team from Belgrade won the „CEO’s Choice“ award which was a new award this year. Dragana Atanasov, Executive Director/Head of Serbia, accepted the award on behalf of the team.
„This year, the annual ‘Nicoll Curtin Awards Night’ was celebrated in Belgrade, and it was our pleasure to host colleagues from Zurich and London! After such a long time, it is wonderful to see our global team in one place, to celebrate a very successful year and to pay tribute to the employees and teams that have achieved fantastic results,“ said Dragana Atanasov.

And the winners were…
The team from Singapore could not join the event but Jon Loh virtually picked up the Team Of The Year award on behalf of the whole Singapore team. The Best Newcomer of the year award was presented to Laura Barker who was also from our Singapore office.
“2021 was another record-breaking year for our team in Singapore, and this was the result of the incredible teamwork of everyone in the office. There was extraordinary work done by the sales team, with the great support of the back-office team that significantly contributed to that success” Jon said as he picked up the award
The Employee Of The Year award was presented to Theo Stergiou who is one of the hardest working people we have across the entire group and one of the most successful. Theo had an absolutely amazing 2021 achieving the highest number of new business deals and the highest contracted fees in the entire group, for which he also received an award.
Kosta Rankovic from our Serbian team received the Employees Employee Award, which is the only award the whole company get to vote for. Ed Carr from BeecherMadden picked up the award for Highest Perm NFI across the group. Our final two awards went to Blerina Dobla, the first of these was for Most Outstanding Contribution and the second was the award for Living Our Company Values.
