Newly built part of terminal of Nikola Tesla Airport in Belgrade welcomes first passengers
The newly built part of the existing terminal at Nikola Tesla Airport in Belgrade, was put into operation, which increased the capacity of the airport, comfort and efficiency of passenger flows.
With a total area of 13,600 m2, the new part of the terminal has additional 8 waiting rooms with jet bridges and 5 waiting rooms for boarding planes in separate parking positions, so there are now a total of 19 gates on the C side.
The newly constructed part of the terminal is designed in accordance with the standards of the parent company VINCI Airports, in terms of materials, colour palettes, marking systems, equipment and other architectural and interior elements.
In addition to the new part of the terminal, the first phase of the expansion of the associated platform of nearly 27,000 m2 was completed, which includes 4 new parking positions, including one for wide-body aircraft.
