    Nestlé builds another factory in Serbia: 330 more jobs

    The completion of the first phase of the construction of another Nestlé factory in Serbia, was marked in Surcin in the presence of President of the Republic of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, His Excellency Urs Schmid, Ambassador of Switzerland to Serbia, Goran Vesic, Deputy Mayor of Belgrade, Stevan Susa, President of the Municipality of Surcin.

    The hosts were the representatives of local and regional top management of Nestlé, Marjana Davidovic, General Manager of Nestlé for the Southern Adriatic Region (Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia), Neli Angelova, Communications Director of Nestlé for Southeast European Market and Tanja Zigic, Director of Nestlé factory in Surcin.

    „I notice that there is an increasing demand for products that are based on plants, and that is why it is important to be the leader in that sense and to offer such products on the domestic market, but also abroad. I am especially grateful to our friends from Switzerland for investing in Serbia. I am proud of all our workers, because they are the ones who make the difference and they brought us this second Nestlé plant in Serbia. This is a great investment for us, we thank our people who are employed here, this is a great thing for the municipality of Surcin,“ said President of the Republic of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic.
