More than a BILLION EUROS has been invested in the „Belgrade Waterfront“ so far

EUR 1.2 billion have been invested in everything that has been done so far at the Belgrade Waterfront location and the works planned by the end of this year.

Four residential buildings were completed in that complex on the right bank of the Sava River near the city centre, in which 3,000 apartments were sold, and by the end of the year four additional buildings will be completed and around 1,700 apartments will be occupied.

Around six kilometres of access roads have been built, and another eight kilometres are planned, it is stated in the announcement of the company „Belgrade Waterfront“.

The Serbian government owns 32 percent of Belgrade Waterfront, while the remaining stake is owned by the company Eagle Hills of the United Arab Emirates.

It is planned that the residential and business complex will be built across 98 hectares, and total investments to amount to around USD 3.5 billion.
