More expensive rental of business offices in Belgrade

The rent of business offices owned by the City of Belgrade in 2019 will be higher by 2.4%, which is in line with the planned growth in prices for that year, it was decided at the session of the City Assembly.

This is stipulated by the amendments to the decision on the determination of rent for business offices whose holder of public property rights is the City of Belgrade, or for which the City has special ownership authority.

According to the decision, the amount of rent for business offices per month per square metre depends on the zone in which the office is located as well as the business segment for which it is used, therefore, the most expensive rent will be paid for the business offices in which games of chance are organised, as well as betting shops and exchange offices, where a square metre in the extra zone will cost 1398 dinars.
