Mitrovic admits to selling Bosnian and Montenegrin Pink Television
TV Pink television announced today that the owner of this media house decided to enter the final stage of the process of selling the television „Pink BH“ in Bosnia and Herzegovina and „Pink M“ in Montenegro.
– These two televisions account for only five percent of the Pink Media Group revenue structure and are not compatible with the future digital development plan of this group – the newspaper ‘Blic’ said in a statement.
As noted, Pink (Pink International Company) will redeem 10 percent of Pink’s ownership of the TV station in an urgent procedure, so that Zeljko Mitrovic will now, with already preset 90 percent of ownership, become the full owner of 100 percents of stakes.
This media house announced the release of four new channels since September this year, and that Pink began the construction of a 4k digital studio specializing in SGI, virtual reality and gaming.
The statement does not mention with whom Mitrovic is in „the final stage of sale“ of Pink BH and Pink M „. However, earlier, media speculated that the American KKR group bought Pink Bosnia and Herzegovina and Pink Montenegro from Zeljko Mitrovic. KKR Group in Serbia owns television N1 and cable operator SBB.
