Milan Matic young MANAGER of the YEAR declared by the Serbian Association of Managers

Milan Matic, CEO of Delta Transport System, received the annual award of the Serbian Association of Managers for the most successful young manager in 2022.

Milan Matic is marking this year as the year in which the company DTS achieved an exceptionally high growth: total revenue increased by about 35% compared to the previous year, and EBITDA by 30 percent. This result was achieved through continuous innovations, good managerial assessments and team development, which made the Serbian Association of Managers grant him one of its most important recognitions.

„In our company, the team is the most important and although this award is personal, I share it with my colleagues, because they know very well that we have achieved all the successes together,“ Milan Matic said.

During 2022, the Delta Transport System expanded its operations to the countries of the region: DTS Slovenia started working, and in the coming weeks the company in Croatia will start operating. DTS is a member of Delta Holding’s business system.

The annual awards of the Serbian Association of Managers have been presented for 11 years in a row. SAM is the association that brings together more than 480 professional managers, who manage teams of more than 90,000 employees and who generate an annual turnover of close to 10 billion euros.
