    Marko Djuric becomes ambassador in ONE MORE country

    Serbian Ambassador to the United States Marko Djuric has officially taken over the duty of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Colombia on a non-residential basis, based in Washington.

    At the ceremony held at the Presidential Palace Narino in Bogota, Djuric handed over the letters of credence to President of the Republic of Colombia, Ivan Duque, the Embassy of Serbia in the USA announced.

    The ceremony was also attended by Vice President and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Colombia, Marta Ramirez.

    In a conversation with Duque, Djuric expressed satisfaction with the good state of bilateral relations, as well as cooperation in multilateral forums such as the Organization of American States (OAS) and the Association of Caribbean States.

    Djuric conveyed personal greetings of President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, to President Duque, as well as an invitation for him to visit Serbia in the upcoming period.
