Land lot for sale, FLEA MARKET to disappear in two years
The Belgrade Land Development Public Agency has announced the sale of the development land lot owned by the City in the area of Block 43 in Novi Beograd. This is the location on the corner of Jurija Gagarina Street and Antifasisticke borbe Street, where the Outdoor Shopping Mall, the popular „flea market“ is currently located. The area covers 20,500 square meters, and the initial price is RSD 1,676,983,025. The deadline for submitting applications is 15 August this year, and the public bidding will be held a day later. As the public agency confirmed for eKapija, the obligation of the City is to relocate this shopping mall from the current location in the next two years. The public company Gradske pijace says it does not have any official information for now, and that it will address the public when the situation changes. The public call says that the reconstruction of the hydro-technical network is planned in Jurija Gagarina and Antifasisticke borbe Streets.
