Grants for innovative solutions of Serbian companies

The Innovation Fund has granted three million euros for realization of 22 innovative projects of small and medium-sized enterprises and has announced two new public calls via which EUR2.5 million will be allocated, to support innovative activities that enterprises are realizing in collaboration with scientific research organizations.

Funds are stipulated by state budget and distributed via Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development, through the “Project for Improving Competitiveness and Employment” (based on the loan agreement with the World Bank).

Two enterprises that received grants – “Glass Slipper” (a new line of women’s shoes which combine carbon fibres with a specific design for quick and easy change of the high heels) and “Alfa Klima” (a new design for production of propane based heat pumps, completely safe for both home and industrial use), have presented their innovative projects.
