Government RAISES maximum sugar price
The maximum retail price of white sugar, in all packages, must not exceed RSD 114.99 per kilogram, it was decided at the session of the Government of Serbia.
In addition, the Government has adopted the decision that the maximum producer price of white sugar, in packages of one kilogram, five kilograms and ten kilograms, must not exceed 95 dinars per kilogram.
“The maximum producer price of white sugar in all the other packages must not exceed 104.54 dinars per kilogram,” it is stated in the regulation adopted by the Government.
The previous regulation limited the price of sugar to RSD 109.99 per kilogram, and before this restriction, at the end of August, the price was limited to RSD 102.99.
In addition, the regulation on the restriction of the price of petroleum products was extended until the end of November. Gasoline prices have been RSD 178 on the market as of Friday, while the maximum price of diesel is RSD 222 per liter.
