Giovannetti: IPO is a news for a Serbian market (VIDEO)

Company Fintel Energija a.d. Should, in the coming period, realize the initial public offer of shares (IPO) on the Belgrade Stock Exchange. This will be the first IPO on the Belgrade Stock Exchange after 78 years. The director of the company Tiziano Giovannetti told for BIZLife about how they were preparing for the IPO, what opportunities for the state and citizens it brings, but also how it looks, for example, in Italy.

He says this event is certainly a sign of change. „It’s a news for the Serbian market. Serbian investors do not have many opportunities when saving is in question. Either you are buying an apartment or buying government bonds. I do not think there are any other options. But this is a good option to become part of our project, to contribute to the development of the country and to be part of a company that is completely transparent, „says Giovannetti, who expects“ a good appetite “ from investors.
