From now on, no need to fill in payment slips in post offices for paying fees to Ministry of the Interior

In the post offices throughout Serbia, citizens no longer have to fill in payment slips by themselves for paying fees for the services provided by the Ministry of the Interior, said the postal company Posta Srbije.

Payment instructions are now automatically generated at the counter at the time of payment, it is stated.

According to the press release, the generation of payment instructions is a service that involves the creation of a single payment slip for the payment of fees for the services provided by the Ministry of the Interior – fees for the services of issuing an identity card, passport, driver’s license, permanent and temporary residence certificates.

The service is provided in all post offices, which practically means that users who choose to do so will only communicate their payment details and the type of fee they pay at the counter, and the system will automatically generate a payment slip for them.

Citizens wishing to do so will still be able to pay fees for the services of the Ministry of the Interior through manually filled in payment slips, according to Posta Srbije.
