Fees that banks charge are transparent
The fees that banks charge to retail clients and businesses are transparent as of today and they can be reviewed on the website of the National Bank of Serbia (NBS).
As NBS Vice-Governor Dragana Stanic told Radio-televizija Srbije (RTS), the banks provided the most up-to-date information regarding their fees.
„As of today, the decision of the governor is being applied, which stipulates that all payment service providers, i.e. banks, post offices, payment institutions and electronic money institutions, must publicize the fees they charge for the provision of payment services, in a transparent and comparable manner, on the NBS website,“ explained Stanic.
On the home page of the NBS website, in the central section entitled „NBS – Serving Citizens and Businesses“, the offers of various payment service providers are presented, so that clients can choose the most favourable one.
