BIZLife list „30 under 30“: Predrag Markovic, business

Predrag Markovic was born in 1992 and he lives in Novi Sad. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Nis. He was employed in Delta Holding through the Young Leaders Program in 2017. He began his career in Delta as a commercial clerk in the stock market segment of the Delta Agrar company. At the end of 2017, he was promoted to the position of the director of the Danubius company, where he still works today. He speaks English and French.

Motivation

„I get motivation from different sources. My biggest driving force in my work is the ability to learn and improve myself every day, while constantly applying this knowledge in practice. My huge motives are also the great goals I set for myself every day. Achievements and realization of goals are a driving force in business, and when you achieve results with great colleagues from your team, motivation for further progress is inevitable.“
