    BIZLife list “30 under 30”: Jovana Stojiljkovic, art

    Jovana Stojiljkovic born in 1992 is a Serbian theatre and film actress who lives in Belgrade. From the second grade of elementary school, she also attended Nenad Nenadovic’s Acting School and in third year of her high school education she got her first role in the movie “Klip.” She earned a degree in acting studies at the Faculty of Drama Arts, under supervision of Dragan Petrovic. Following undergraduate she also completed postgraduate studies. As of January 2016 Jovana is permanent member of the “Atelje 212” theatre. Furthermore, she also had roles in “Bosko Buha” theatre, “Zvezdara teatar” and “Jugoslovensko dramsko pozoriste.” She had different film and television roles. She played Tatiana in films “Samac u braku” and “Kad ljubav zakasni”, which were created based on motives of Mir-Jam’s novels. At “Niski filmski susreti”, festival “Carica Teodora”, Novi Sad based festival “Cinema City” and Leskovac based film festival “LIFFE” she received awards for best female role in the movie “Panama”, in which she portrayed Maja. That film is also screened at Cannes Festival. She also had parts in films ”Prvaci sveta”, “Grad”, “Jedna noc” and “Tata”, as well as in series “Sumnjiva lica” that was created based on Branislav Nusic’s comedy. Jovana was also given the role of forensic expert Bojana Antic in series “Senke nad Balkanom.” For playing Dunja in a short film “Grad” she won an award for best female role at festivals “Sarajevo Youth Film Festival”, “Basta Fest” and student festival at Illinois USA. At the Faculty of Drama Arts she received „Mata Milosevic“ and „Branivoje Djordjevic“ awards. Jovana speaks English and German.
